Thomas Del Mar is a London-based auction house, specializing in weapons, armour and militaria. The auction house, which is in association with Sotheby's, was founded by Thomas Del Mar in 2005. Thomas Del Mar has previously been head of Sotheby's Worldwide Department of Arms, Armour and Militaria. He has also worked at auctions conducted by Sotheby's worldwide. Thomas Del Mar runs the auction house together with consultants Peter Smith and Ian Eaves, who previously were his colleagues at Sotheby's.
