Pook & Pook

Pook & Pook Inc. was founded in 1984 by Ronald and Debra Pook. They lead by example researching, photographing and marketing the antiques offered during their high-energy auctions. The firm holds twelve auctions a year, each of them unique. The Period Auctions include a wonderful selection of high end antique furniture, fine art, and accessories. The Decorative Arts Sales feature a range of items. Fun and fast paced they allow bidders to take home unique pieces for reasonable prices. Pook & Pook also holds at least one specialty sale each year featuring items from a museum, estate or individual collection. All of the different types of sales give buyers and consignors a range of buying and selling opportunities.

Pook & Pook’s “Programs for Non-profits” affords museums and historical societies free auction and appraisal services, including informal appraisals on items being considered for de-accession, consignment rates as low as 0%, advertising in Pook & Pook’s catalogs, copies of past catalogs, and images for research and publication purposes.

With its nationally renowned appraisal services and auctions, the firm grew to its present level. The Pooks, and their knowledgeable staff, have been committed to the field of antiques and collectables for thirty years.
