Two mid to late 19th century brooches.
Two mid to late 19th century brooches. To include a mid 19th century rectangular-shape woven hair panel brooch with embossed surround, together with a late 19th century 9ct gold citrine brooch. Second with hallmarks for Chester, 1891. Lengths 4.4 and 1.8cms. Weight of second 3.1gms.\n\nOverall condition good with surface scratches in keeping with age. Hair panel brooch with discolouration and significant scratches to reverse, significant wear to the gilt surface. Replacement catch, soft solder. An early 20th century twin-handled cup & cover.
An early twentieth century twin-handled cup and cover of circular form, the lower body decorated in low relief with a border of stylised leaf motifs, having foliate capped scroll handles, a later presentation engraving to one side and further foliate motifs to the finial. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1911. Height to finial measures 6 7/8 inches (17.5 cm), weight 27.29 ozt (849 grams).\n\nThe cup and cover displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Some quite heavy tarnishing is visible throughout and it would benefit from a clean and polish. Various surface dints and bumps and nicks around the rim. Three notable solder marks to the underside of the foot where it was probably attached to a plinth? Larger dents and knocks around the rim and flange of the cover. It is now slightly misshapen and so does not sit flush to the body. The hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark a little worn. Fellows & Sons

Two early 20th century gold paste pendants and a brooch. To include a green paste floral pendant, a similar seed pearl and pink paste pendant and a circular-shape seed pearl swallow brooch with garnet drop. Stamped 9ct. Lengths 4.5 to 2.5mm. Weight 7.6gms.\n\nOverall condition good to fair. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. Tarnish is present. The green paste and pink paste are heavily abraded with chips and scuffs. All seed pearls are present. All settings will need attention to check the securing of the stones. Brooch pin replacement. The pink paste pendant is missing the drop termination.
