Art Deco French Cut Diamond Line Bracelet, c.1920s

About the object

Graduating in size, this beautifully made bracelet is amde up of french cut diamonds. The use of french cut diamonds was rare during the 1920s, making this a truly unique. Starting at 0.30 carat and sliding down to 0.10 carat, the total weight is 6.80 carat. The diamonds are of exceptional quality, estimated as F to G in colour and VS in clarity. All the stones have been hand cut and set within rub over collets, all hand made from platinum. The clasp is secure and the piece also has a bolt ring safety chain.Safety ChainAn extra small chain added to either side of the catch of a necklace chain or bracelet chain to give extra security.
