About the object

116 pp. Bound in gold cloth with black lettering on the spine. Translated, with an introduction by Maria Reichenbach. The first edition in English of Reichenbach's treatise on the epistemelogical implications of Einstein's theory of relativity, particularly in connection with Kant and the epistemelogical tradition that followed his Critique of Pure Reason. An especially attractive copy of this important part of 20th-century philosophical and scientific history, and uncommon thus.
