The exhibition extends over Björk's 20 years in the industry, from her debut album "Debut" in 1993 to "Biophilia" from 2011. The exhibition will include sound, film, images, instruments, props and clothes.

Björk was involved in the curation process, working alongside fellow Icelandic Sjón Sigurdsson on the installations. The exhibit includes biographical features as well as fictional elements. The exhibition includes a newly written music and film piece by Björk herself, and director Andrew Huang.

The Museum of Modern Art says of Björk;

"Björk is an extraordinarily innovative artist whose contributions to contemporary music, video, film, fashion, and art have had a major impact on her generation worldwide,"

The experimental exhibition will give visitors a direct experience of Björk's entire career. It will begin on March 7th and runs until June 7th, 2015.
