The fotofever photography exhibition was conceived in 2011 by Cécile Schall. Since its first edition, the show has become a major event during Paris Photo Month. Each show is a fantastic opportunity for photography lovers and collectors to check out emerging talents.

The concept of fotofever is to create excitement around photography, which has firmly established itself as one of the most promising areas of the art market. The values of this young fair can be summarised as: boldness, independence and passion for art.

The 4th edition of fotofever will feature a selection of a hundred galleries from around the world. French galleries such as Galerie Baudoin Lebon, the ArtPhotoBy Gallery and Photo Gallery 12, as well as newcomers such as Lumiere Brothers Gallery, FELD + HAUS (Frankfurt), ZOXX Gallery (Netherlands) and The Alidem-arte della fotografia (Milan) will be present.

The fotocollection this year has the theme of ''the chair'' and this is the third year that the collector Galila Barzilai Hollander will participate in the project.

The fair is a must-see for collectors from novices to the distinguished collector. Each visitor will receive a program for the fair and a selection of works under € 1 000 will be on display at the entrance of the fair and on each stand will be labelled with a red star to mark the pieces under € 1 000.

The fotoprize will offer a graduate of one of France's art school access to the art market. Juliette-Andréa Elie won this year's award. The fair will have a 2015 photobook, a FotoWeb which is live throughout the year with around 900 artists exhibited by more than 250 partners galleries of fotofever. The fotowalk: a guided tour organized by art experts showcasing the wide spectrum of contemporary photography, will also take place during the fair.
