Richards and Jagger made the artwork at a Halloween party whilst they were in San Franciso during their iconic Voodoo Lounge tour. The tour was the first without bassist Bill Wyman, who had been replaced by Darryl Jones. The tour went down in history as the highest grossing tour of any artist at the time as it grossed an incredible $320 million.
