With a combined 360 years of experience, W. A. Bolin of Stockholm and Birmingham's jewellery giant Fellows have joined forces for an auction taking place on 23rd April.

W. A. Bolin are known around the globe widely known for their jewellery auctions. They are the only jewellery auction house in the world, who can boast an uninterrupted operation within the same family for over 220 years. It comes as no surprise then who they list in their clientele, having been Court Jeweler to three Swedish kings and six Russian tsars.

VAN CLEEF & ARPELS - an 18ct gold tiger's-eye 'Vintage Alhambra' necklace. Designed as a series of tiger's-eye quatrefoils, spaced along the flat trace-link chain. Signed and numbered VCA, BL 169501. Length 43cms. Weight 21.8gms.

WEMPE - an 18ct gold mother-of-pearl and diamond brooch. Designed as a butterfly, with graduated brilliant-cut diamond line body, mother-of-pearl wings and brilliant-cut diamond highlights. May be worn as a pendant. Maker's marks for Wempe. Total diamond weight 0.35ct, stamped to mount. Length 2.7cms. Weight 5.1gms.

A silver and low carat gold, diamond brooch. Designed as a Maltese cross, set throughout with old and rose diamonds. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 3.20cts. Length 4.5cms. Total weight 7.2gms. Proceeds will be donated to Ateneum Foundation.
