Tony Tocock's final restoration job an MG estimate around £2000

His final work was the entire rebuild of a pre-war MG coupé, which will be sold with documents and photographs recording each stage of the build.

The re-build required every element of Tony's engineering skill and ingenuity, using an MGB GT chassis and running gear as the basis of the car. It is powered by an 1800cc engine and retains its 1973 registration KEG 540L.

The car is ready to be taken for a spin as the lot includes its registration document and V5 for the new owner to ensure it for the road. The car is expected to hit around the £2 000 mark in the sale room, but being a Jaguar, it could reach higher.
