If you’re a Londoner and enjoy having a house carefully decorated with all sorts of vintage objects, designer furniture and wonderful art on the wall, then you must know everything about the Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair. Happening three times a year for the last 33 years in the heart of London, there is just no-way you could have missed it for so long.

Initiated in the 1985 by Patricia Harvey with the help of her family around her, the 3-event-a-year company got bought in 2008 – ten years ago – by dealers and long-time exhibitors David and Jane Juran (Magus Antiques).

With more than 150 exhibitors, the spring session is more specifically dedicated to the arts of garden-care and spending time outside. You’ll find wonderful benches, urns, outdoor furniture, statuary, and thousands of curious and beautiful objects.

All art mediums, periods and craftsmanships are represented: painting, tapestry, 20th century design, decorative arts, collectibles, luminaries, European and Asian artefacts, jewelry, watchmaking… it is simply never-ending. When you think you’re seen it all, a new surprise is right here, around the corner!

The entrance is just £10 and you can subscribe on the website (and might receive a few promotional emails) and get (strong) chances to receive free tickets. It opens on Tuesday 17 April and lasts four days.

One last key thing to know. Your dog is welcome!
