The fair has a select group of 18 exhibitors from the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Australia all offering exceptional pieces, many of these are museum quality and with an excellent provenance.

The fair also offers a great selection items for new collectors. The variety of pieces on offer at the fair, starting from a few hundred pounds upwards, reflects the nature of this thriving market, as more and more are adding tribal art pieces to their collections.

The market is growing in a similar way as the Chinese art market, with African buyers collecting heritage pieces as their own economy grows.

Tribal Art London takes place at the beginning of next month, just before the opening of Parcours Des Mondes in Paris, which was established in 2002 and rapidly gained a reputation as an international leader in tribal art. The ever-growing Tribal Art London is now also a stop off for those travelling to Paris.

Tribal Art London will run from 2nd-5th September. For more information, click here. Check out the catalogue here.
