Very fine Jackie Robinson professional model baseball bat c.1952-53 (PSA/DNA GU9). Exemplary specimen as originally obtained by a Pittsburgh area gentleman who worked at a local hotel where the visiting players frequented during road trips. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 34 1/2" long and weighs 34.9oz. exhibiting superb use including ball marks, stitching impressions, grain swelling from ball contact, and stitching impressions. Model number S100 is stamped on knob end with bold trademark and facsimile signature stampings presenting on the barrel. The bat may be dated to the 1952-53 seasons based on his Louisville Slugger bat records in comparison to model/specifications. Beautiful example which absolutely ranks among the highest condition grade Robinson game bats in the hobby. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA (GU9), LOA from Hunt Auctions, and letter of provenance from the family of the original recipient: EX-MT
