Circa 10th-16th century AD. A mixed group of medieval weapons comprising: an axehead with flared blade and pierced socket; a large socketted bolt of lozenge section; a tanged bolt of square section; a tanged lanceolate arrowhead; a socketted bodkin with remains of the wood within; a socketted bolt of square section mounted on a reproduction shaft with whipped fletching. Iron, 405 grams, axehead: 13 cm. Fine condition. [6, No Reserve]
