This lot concerns a new natural diamond directly from one of the world’s largest polishing houses. All bids you place include VAT for buyers within the European Union. When you buy a diamond from a seller outside the European Union, take into account clearances and your local VAT rate: depending on your country between 17% and 27%. Important for Dutch entrepreneurs; also note that different sellers sell second-hand diamonds. They may not provide you with an invoice including VAT, but write “margin goods” or “0%”, in which case you cannot reclaim the VAT.
