1. APPROVAL OF TERMS OF USE
Barnebys Group AB, org. no. 556839-6062 (“Barnebys”, “we” or “us”) provides a search and monitoring service for auctions and a price comparison service (jointly referred to as “the Services”) via our websites. When you visit our websites and/ or use the Services you accept and commit to comply with the below stated terms of use (the “Terms of Use”).
The Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract. Please read the Terms of Use before you use the Services. If you do not accept any of the terms you should not use the Services.
The Services include information made available by our partners or obtained from publicly available sources via the internet. Barnebys only provides the Services as such to you and does not manage the purchase of auctioned objects or payment transactions. We are not the seller of any objects or items. In the terms below we inform you about our rules for using the Services.

2. USE OF THE SERVICES
Barnebys provides the Services for free. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. You may use the monitoring service and the price comparison service during the time when you have an active user account. You may only use the Services for private, legal purposes. Any use for commercial or systematic purposes (including for the purpose to provide a competing service) is forbidden.
You must not (a) copy and/or disseminate any material belonging to Barnebys or our partners from our website, (b) access the Services using actions or methods not approved by Barnebys, or circumvent or breach security measures for the Services, or (c) make the content on our websites publicly available without the approval of us or our partners.
It is also forbidden to use the information on our websites (including details about objects and items) to market any other website, app or company.
You will be liable to compensate us for any unauthorized use, and you will be liable to damages if the unauthorized use was intentional or negligent.
3. USER ACCOUNT
In order to to use our monitoring service and/ or the price comparison service, you will need to register a user account via our website. Through the user account you can follow specific objects and items, save favourite objects and search for final prices. You accept to provide accurate and complete information to us and to update such information when necessary. The user account is personal and must not be used by anyone else than you.
You are responsible for safely protecting your login details, containing username and in some cases password, and ensuring that no other person gains access to them. Further, if you have reason to suspect that the information has been revealed or in any other way can be misused, you are responsible to immediately change your password (if you use a password).
Barnebys has the right to shut down your account, temporarily or permanently, if you violate these Terms of Use.
4. PERSONAL DATA
When you register your user account you will be requested to state certain personal data. You confirm that the information you enter is correct and complete. We do not share such data with our partners.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The Services are provided on an as is basis and Barnebys does not warrant ongoing, intact, or secure access to the Services. To enable us to provide the Services, our websites contain links to our partners’ and other third parties’ websites. Barnebys takes no responsibility for the content or the security on such linked websites. You visit those websites at your own risk.
Barnebys strives to ensure that information on our websites is accurate. However, we are not responsible for the descriptions of the objects and items displayed in connection with the Services, including i.a. authenticity, age, and condition. Further, Barnebys is not responsible for any damage caused, directly or indirectly, by use of websites; nor is Barnebys responsible for defects or damage arising due to wrongful or unauthorized use of any username or password.
In case of incorrect information or descriptions of objects in connection with the Services, you should primarily address your complaints to the auction house responsible for the object. However, Barnebys will always remove information or objects that obviously infringe on someone else’s rights, or is illegal, if Barnebys is informed about such information or objects. If you believe that any content on our website constitutes an infringement of someone’s rights, or is illegal, you are welcome to notify us via our contact details below.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ETC.
The Services and the content on our websites (including but not limited to editorial content, databases, layout, operating systems, photos, pictures, graphics, videos, sounds, maps, logotypes, trademarks, information, and each element of every kind included in the Services) (jointly the “Content”), is owned by Barnebys or a third party, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services may only be used for private purposes on a computer or a mobile unit. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the Terms of Use, or prescribed by imperative law, the Services or the Content must not be, completely or partly, copied, reproduced, reused, displayed, transferred, modified, translated, used to create derivative works, sold, assigned, sub-licensed, recreated, or completely or partly taken out or distributed in any medium without Barnebys’ and/ or third party’s approval. A violation of these terms, or any other infringement of intellectual property rights, may lead to civil or criminal proceedings. We reserve our right to take legal action in case of violation of these Terms of Use.
7. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
Barnebys reserves the right to adjust these Terms of Use. If you continue visiting any of our websites and/ or using the Services after the Terms of Use have been adjusted or updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms of Use.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Swedish law, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, shall apply to these Terms of Use. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use shall be settled by public courts.
