102 g of Astrophyllite, a very rare fascinating gemstone: a specimen with metallic blue crystal rays 5.10 x 3.90 x 3.40 cm Kola Peninsula - Khibiny and Lovozero Massifs - today hard to obtain Rarity from natural astrophyllite with fantastically beautiful blue-greenish crystals in ray form - blue-green astrophyllite crystals are extremely rare Anatomically hyperrealistically worked natural astrophyllite skull - anatomy piece - blue-greenish ray crystals - visible in daylight, especially good under lighting, for example with a cell phone flashlight - the photos were taken partly with, partly without lighting The rare MAGICAL "Star Stone" from Russia Carved single piece crafted in artisanal perfection Interesting mineralogical structure of the skull - the stone shows under proper lighting a fine blue-green metallic radiating sparkle To Siberian shamans, astrophyllite was regarded as the stone of the otherworld, which creates the connection to the beyond and links with the spirits of ancestors and animal souls. Warriors of the ancient Rus region used it to be undefeated in battle.
