The collection includes silver-plated pieces including four knives, four spoons and three forks, featuring Art Deco-influenced handle designs typical of maritime transit service. Each piece features a marking for an ocean liner or cruise ship including R.M.S. Indarra, P&O, Cunard Line, and Holland America Line. Most pieces are marked International Silver Co., and one is marked Meriden Britannia Company. The knife blades bear markings for Insico Stainless, Elkington & Co., and Mappin & Webb Princes Plate.
