A boldly defined, softly lustrous example that delivers premium quality and undeniable originality in a near-Mint State survivor of this underrated early quarter design type. Richly toned in dominant steel-olive gray with a blush of sandy-gray at central obverse, both sides reveal vivid gold, blue and rose undertones as the surfaces rotate into direct lighting.
