1859 Indian Cent. MS-66 (PCGS).

1859 Indian Cent. MS-66 (PCGS). Pretty tan-apricot surfaces show a hint of underlying olive as the coin rotates away from direct lighting. Evidence of die deterioration is seen at the peripheries upon close inspection, but the coin is boldly to sharply struck and presents as such during in-hand appreciation. Lustrous and frosty, this conditionally scarce upper end Gem will nicely present the one-year 1859 Indian cent design type in a high grade Mint State collection. PCGS# 2052. NGC ID: 227E.
