1859 Liberty Seated Dime. JD-1, Fortin-101. Rarity-3+. Proof-63 (PCGS). A richly toned example with dominant steel-blue patina and lighter, more iridescent highlights in and around the centers. The finish is somewhat subdued to help explain the Select-quality grade from PCGS, although the in-hand appearance is smooth.
