1908-D Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle. No Motto. MS-65 (NGC).

1908-D Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle. No Motto. MS-65 (NGC). Sharply struck with bold rose patina on honey-gold surfaces, this lustrous and sharply struck Gem makes a lovely impression in all regards. A beautiful matte-like texture is noted throughout the fields. The 1908-D is the scarcest Saint-Gaudens double eagle of the Arabic Numerals, No Motto design type. Gems, as here, are particularly elusive and always in demand among advanced collectors. PCGS# 9143. NGC ID: 26F7. Click here for certification details from NGC.
