Directly from my personal collection, I am offering the only bottle of "Marsala Birgi Stravecchio Vergine Genuino" by Cavaliere Pietro Todeschini that I have come across during my search for historic bottles; the historic firm itself closed half a century ago. This nectar dates back to 1935, was awarded a silver medal and a diploma of merit in Asti on June 13, 1954, and is classified as a *vino di regime* (a wine produced under specific historical regulations). As it was a family-run winery, production was extremely limited—in fact, I have yet to find another bottle. Alcohol 16 degrees. Happy bidding to everyone.
