1947 A.L.C.A. Volpe

One of its era’s most beautiful microcars—and among the rarest. Believed to be one of only about 10 produced by Anonima Lombarda Cabottagio Aero. Streamlined styling inspired by coachbuilt Alfa Romeos. Five Volpes were intended to run in the 1947 Mille Miglia, but none were finally entered. Intended to receive a Colombo 124-cc twin, never installed in any Volpe; sold without an engine. A fascinating restoration project in largely original condition.
