1953 Franklin Half Dollar. Proof-69 Cameo (NGC).

1953 Franklin Half Dollar. Proof-69 Cameo (NGC). A wonderous coin to express the highest levels of preservation. Dressed in a thick snow-white frost on the devices, and deep mirrors in the fields. This is an issue that is scarce in Proof-68 Cameo, and virtually unobtainable in the present Proof-69 Cameo grade. Unknown in this grade at PCGS, with only a few at NGC.
