A lot consisting of 20 bottles of 1965 Nebbiolo by Bava. The Piedmontese winery Bava Vini produces two distinct and prestigious expressions of red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, sourced from two different historic territories: the Langhe and the Monferrato. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of approximately 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous-clay soils rich in white marl. In keeping with local tradition, the wine is fermented in large, 53-hectoliter oak vats. It displays a vivid, delicate ruby-red color. On the nose, it reveals notes of violets and small red fruits, accompanied by subtle spicy or balsamic nuances.
