Obv: Stylized bust of George Washington left with word LIBERTY above, date 1984 below, and motto IN GOD WE TRUST in lower left field. Rev: Similar to the design of the regular issue United States Mint quarter dollar of 1984, but with the "denomination" SQUARED QUARTER along the lower border.
