1987 Tenuta San Guido, Sassicaia - Bolgheri - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

Here is a splendid bottle of Sassicaia 1987 from Tenuta San Guido. This vintage predates the birth of the Bolgheri DOC (1994) and, on the label, bears the historic wording "Vino da Tavola di Sassicaia"—a detail sought after by lovers of the early great Super Tuscans. Fill level: Excellent (base of the neck). Backlit photos highlight an outstanding liquid level for a wine of almost forty years. Label condition: Very good. The label is perfectly intact and legible, with slight signs of time natural to the bottle’s age. Capsule condition: Original, intact, and in excellent preservation, with the classic star logo. Drinkability condition: Being a historic vintage, the bottle is offered as a collectible piece (viewed and enjoyed). Despite the excellent cosmetic conditions, it cannot be guaranteed with certainty that the contents are perfectly drinkable today. Shipping terms The item will be shipped with professional packaging specific for glass bottles and tracked shipping. Shipping is available exclusively to countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Important note for buyers in the UK and USA: Please place bids only if you are aware of your country’s regulations regarding the import of alcoholic beverages. Any duties, import taxes, or customs holds are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
