The reverse, designed by Miley Busiek, depicts a family of eagles and is inscribed UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, IN GOD WE TRUST, and 1 OZ. FINE GOLD-50 DOLLARS. Struck at the West Point Mint, the coin features a frosted cameo finish against mirrored fields and a reeded edge. Accompanied by a blue velvet presentation case and a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Donna Pope, Director of the United States Mint. Total weight 33.931g.
