PREMIUM VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE COLLECTION (2 BOTTLES) A superb collector's lot composed of two distinguished bottles of French Champagne, showcasing excellent preservation and historic appeal from notable vintage years. BOTTLE 1: MOËT & CHANDON VINTAGE 1999 – BRUT IMPÉRIAL • Presentation: Included with its original iconic typographic gift box. • Format: Standard 0.75-Liter bottle. • Fill Level: Into the neck (Excellent, regular level). • Label Condition: Pristine condition. The primary and secondary labels are free from stains, tears, or aging abrasions, maintaining stark contrast and crisp lettering. The decorative outer gift box is perfectly intact. • Capsule Condition: Flawless. The traditional gold foil capsule, red medallion accent, and wire cage remain completely factory-sealed and undamaged. • Bottler: Estate-bottled at the historic winery by Moët & Chandon, Épernay, France. • Historical Profile: Founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, the Maison is arguably the world's most iconic Champagne producer. The Brut Impérial style, originally introduced in 1869 to pay homage to Napoleon Bonaparte, delivers a masterful blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, showing exceptional structural longevity in this specific 1999 vintage edition. BOTTLE 2: CHAMPAGNE MANDOIS 2002 – "CUVÉE VICTOR" VIEILLES VIGNES BRUT • Presentation: Single bottle (No gift box). • Format: Standard 0.75-Liter bottle. • Fill Level: Into the neck (Perfect fill line, showing minimal evaporation over time). • Label Condition: Impeccable front label displaying the classic "Cuvée Victor" script. The rear label highlights the unique hallmarks of this prestigious cuvée, attesting to its authenticity and rare craft. • Capsule Condition: Excellent condition, original dark foil wrapping snugly fitted and fully sealed over the cork mechanism. • Bottler: Produced by Champagne Mandois, Pierry, France. • Winery Profile & Unique Attributes: - Vieilles Vignes (Old Vines): This exceptional Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is crafted strictly from the estate's oldest family vineyards, with vines averaging over 50 years of age, giving the juice immense flavor concentration and minerality. - Oak Barrel Aging: Unlike the vast majority of modern Champagnes, the Cuvée Victor undergoes traditional partial vinification and aging in old oak barrels, a rare regional methodology that imparts a delicate oak complexity, creaminess, and phenomenal cellaring capacity. - The 2002 Vintage: Widely regarded by critics as one of the greatest Champagne vintages in history, the 2002 growing season yielded an exceptional balance of optimal grape maturity and vibrant acidity, making this bottle a highly sought-after prize for wine connoisseurs. These bottles are sold strictly as rare historical artifacts and display items from my private collection. Due to the age of these vintages, the drinkability of the liquid inside cannot be guaranteed.
