Dom Pérignon Rosé Luminoso 2006 is a vintage rosé Champagne made with 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in Champagne, on chalk soils with excellent drainage. The 2006 vintage, warm and balanced, with a dry summer that allowed optimal ripening, is produced only in years of outstanding quality, resulting in a Rosé with a silky texture and a deep, sensual aromatic profile. ​On the nose, ripe red fruits, candied orange peel, sweet spices, and a subtle toasted background. On the palate, it is broad, enveloping, and precise, with integrated tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long finish with hints of black cherry and dark cocoa. Rated 95 Parker points and 97 James Suckling points. Perfect with duck magret, signature Japanese cuisine, mushroom risotto, and desserts featuring raspberry and dark chocolate.
