This ensures moderate yields and optimum alcoholic and phenolic grape ripening, which combined with meticulous control over the vinification and aging processes, guarantees an exceptional wine. Wine tasting notes: Colour: deep maroon with purple tones and a russet rim. - Nose: a berfect balance between noble wood notes (toasty, vanillas and varietal aromas (rasbbem) perject balance between noble wood notes (toasty, vanilla...) and varietal aromas (raspberry and liquorice) -Mouthfeel: rounded and balanced body with a long lingering finish.
