Le Clos des Ducs is the estate’s historic Grand Cru, a monopole of 2.15 hectares, perched on a limestone-clay hillside terroir, facing southeast. The estate describes it as its “great wine,” at once structured, elegant, complex and particularly suited for aging. The 2011 is today particularly interesting: elegant, silky and very perfumed, with notes of red fruit, dried flowers, spices and a fine mineral backbone. The 2014, a vintage renowned for its freshness and balance in Burgundy, presents a classic structure and excellent aging potential. Bottles carefully stored; labels and capsules in good overall condition. Contents: 2 × 75 cl.
