Exclusive wine Marchesato degli Aleramici's Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is made from vineyards located in Pian delle Vigne, an ancient farmhouse nestled on the gentle slope that slopes from the state-owned forest toward the Ombrone River, in the heart of Montalcino's magical terroir. It is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days. The wine then ages in oak barrels for 36 months and for a further 4 months in bottle. It features a deep ruby color with garnet highlights. The nose opens with a broad bouquet, with elegant spicy notes, tobacco, and pleasant aromas of berries and dried flowers. On the palate, it is warm, pleasantly dry, and refined. The wine has a great structure, with excellent aromatic persistence and light tannins. Perfect with roasts and game, it is ideal with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
