The nose reveals red forest fruits, followed over time by notes of chocolate, caramel, and mocha. On the palate, it is balanced and juicy, offering a full-bodied mouthfeel. It features velvety tannins and a long finish. Following careful grape selection, alcoholic fermentation takes place over approximately 15–20 days at controlled temperatures in truncated-cone steel tanks. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in both steel and wood. Maturation lasts two years in new tonneaux, large casks, and stainless steel, followed by bottle aging.
