Serving temperature: 18 – 20 °C (it is recommended to uncork at least 1-2 hours before serving). Curiosities about the winery and producer An Homage to the Origins: This wine represents the homage that the sons Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria wanted to dedicate to their father Pietro Dal Cero, founder of the modern winery and originally from Valpolicella (Luxinum/Tregnago), before the family moved to Sirmione on Lake Garda. Prolonged maturation: Produced only in the best vintages from vineyards located in the municipality of Tregnago, the Pietro Dal Cero Amarone follows a long drying process of the grapes of over 4 months, followed by 24 months of aging in wooden casks and a subsequent long bottle rest.
