Known for the exemplary consistency of his cuvées, he signs with Les Châssis a wine of controlled power. 100% Syrah This cuvée comes from a blend of parcels in the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux sectors. The nose is powerful with generous red fruits. The palate is supple, generous, and well balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness of the crisp fruit.
