2022 Marchesi Antinori - Solaia - Tuscany IGT - 1 Bottles (0.75L)

SOLAIA – It takes its name from the eponymous vineyard of about 20 hectares facing southwest, located at the Tignanello Estate. It is an iconic blend mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and a small portion of Sangiovese. Denomination: TOSCANA - Indication Geographique Typique (IGT). A historic choice: the use of international grape varieties (the Cabernets) was not originally permitted by the Chianti Classico regulations, pushing producers to use the IGT classification to ensure maximum qualitative and expressive freedom. Vintage: 2022. A vintage characterized by a hot and dry summer, which yielded extremely concentrated, healthy grapes rich in color, capable of giving rise to a powerful, structured wine with extraordinary longevity. The 2022 vintage has a very long life ahead. It can rest in the cellar for 20, 30 or more years, evolving and increasing its aromatic complexity. Collectibility value: Solaia bottles retain and often increase their monetary value over time.
