Harmony between the grapes from the two large estates, Mas Alsera in Torroja and Sant Martí in Bellmunt: a link between the rugged heartland and the warm south of the region. All this is Pissarres, our flagship wine and the benchmark for understanding the personality of Costers del Priorat. A warm and honest welcome. TASTING NOTES The world of colors and aromatic sensations found while walking along any Priorat trail is concentrated in this wine, which is a mirror of our region. Dark red, deep, energetic, and imbued with the wisdom of the selected 'costers' (coastal vines). On the palate, it is complex. It brings together ripe fruit, hints of Mediterranean scrubland, and also a characteristic sharp and cool note, a mark of the extreme minerality of the llicorella slate soils.
