20pc Collection of American Railroad and Industrial Stock Certificates

A collection of twenty American stock certificates from the mid-20th century, including railroad and industrial issues. The assortment features a green-bordered certificate for ACF Industries Incorporated for ten shares, dated August 30, 1965, with an orange Dutch revenue stamp reading ZEGELWET and AMSTERDAM 1965. Also included is an orange-bordered certificate for The Pennsylvania Railroad Company for twenty-five shares, dated June 1953, and a pink-bordered certificate for the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad Company for 100 shares, dated June 13, 1963. Each document displays engraved vignettes and facsimile signatures of company officials, alongside countersignatures from Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York and other transfer agents.
