This two-piece vitrified ceramic grouping consists of a standard-sized cup custom-commissioned for the Clarke Steamship Company paired with a coordinating saucer, both featuring a stylized brown fan pattern. The cup was manufactured by Grindley in England and carries a brown "Clarke Steamship Company Montreal" contract backstamp. The accompanying saucer was manufactured by Royal Doulton in England and features a standard commercial "Envoy" pattern backstamp. Dimensions: 5.75"W x 1"H Provenance: Museum of Miami Collection, known for its extensive archives, manuscripts, and visual materials documenting the region's history.
