Two Southeast Asian ceramic stoneware vessels, including a shallow bowl and a covered jar. The shallow bowl features a dark olive-green glaze with horizontal white slip-trailed bands and a vertical comb motif on the exterior. The interior center contains an unglazed, white-slipped biscuit ring with a cross-hatched waffle pattern, and the rim is finished with a reddish-brown iron-oxide wash. The covered jar is decorated with an iron-brown scrolling foliate vine motif against a buff-colored slip, with radiating carved petal patterns on the shoulder and lid. The lid is topped with a knobby finial. Both pieces show rough stoneware bodies at the base; the bowl has a central circular area of white slip with spiral potting marks, and the jar has a flat, low foot rim.
