A 14k bicolour gold diamond pearl and layered carnelian cameo historicist style pendant brooch. Oval pendant with diamond and pearl accents. Set with a layered carnelian cameo (32.5 × 21.5 mm), carved with a female bust, with small pearl pendant drops. Glazed to the reverse. Hinged bail; detachable brooch fitting. Not hallmarked. Overall height 6.0 cm. Weight 23.88 g. Original fitted case. C. 1880.
