A convertible brooch in 18k yellow gold (750 parts per thousand) and platinum (850 parts per thousand), featuring an openwork bow centered with an intense blue oval-cut sapphire in a closed-set setting. The sides, formed of polished ribbons, each feature a row of old-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.80 carats.
