A Damaged Large Mickey and Walt "Partners" Statue.

(Disney, 1990s) A rare large version of Blaine Gibson's "Partners" statue. Standing over a foot tall, this cold-cast resin recreation of the full-sized "Partners" was sold at Disney Parks in the late 1990s. At this scale, Walt's Smoke Tree Ranch tie is clearly visible, and artist Blaine Gibson's signature is incised in the base. There is a break in Mickey's right arm, showing a 1 mm gap at the shoulder, that is much more visible from the back. The marble base measures 6.5" x 10.5" x .75" thick, with the statue standing 14" tall for a full height of 14.75". The statue is in fair condition but displays well, currently loose from the marble base and requiring regluing.

Estimate:£37.82
