A Day's Guided Fishing on Driffield Beck, A Day's Guided Fishing on Driffield Beck, the most northerly chalk stream A rare opportunity to fish the renowned Driffield Beck as a guest of Ian Massie, who will be your guide for the day. To anglers, fishing on 'The Beck' is famous worldwide, and justifiably so, it has a significant place in fly fishing history and is of international ecological importance. The top most sections, from its head waters to a little below Bradshaw's Mill, are controlled by the prestigious Driffield Anglers, a club established in 1883. Here you will be dry fly fishing for abundant trout and some large grayling that are highly visible in this chalk stream's gin clear waters. The day can be taken on a mutually convenient date during June or July 2027, with some flexibility outside those months. The fishing is dry fly only until July. Generously donated by Ian Massie.
