A DIVISION ONE PICTORIAL ENAMEL BUTTON

1 Large Medium 19th C. Art Nouveau style Emaux Peints floral example. This is a lovely example from the Art Nouveau period. The metal framing work was created in a flowing Nouveau design and heavily gilded, the central enamel design of colorful enamel is done in the polychrome or Hand painted technique known in French as Emaux Peints. Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4". Large=1 1/4" and above, extra large=1 3/4" and above Date or Era: DIVISION 1=PRE 1918 AND DIVISION 3 IS AFTER 1918 Condition Request Condition Report PLEASE NOTE: These buttons for the most part are antique and may have age related wear.
