Published in 1952 & 1953 by Universum Amsterdam, these books offer a wealth of culinary knowledge and recipes. The third, rare volume 'Handbook for the Hotel-Cafe-Restaurant' completes this desirable set. The set is in very good condition. A valuable addition for lovers of HORECA, classical cooking, and French cuisine. The books contain illustrations and an extensive collection of recipes, ranging from starters to main courses and more. A must-have for the foodie with a nostalgia streak, a serious home cook, or a collector of cookbooks.
