A German 18k gold granulation brooch depicting hummingbirds in flight. Domed elongated repoussé droplet shape with an integral bail, set with a baroque-form light grey pearl (approx. 6.6 mm in diameter). Decorated with three flying hummingbirds in very fine granulation. Hallmarks: Fineness mark 750, maker’s mark “ET”. With minor dents. Height 6.5 cm. Width 2.2 cm. Original case. Elisabeth Treskow, Cologne, 1953.
