A variety of toning on these coins: 1896 -MS61 - A rather subdued toning with rainbow underneath; 1887 - MS61 Light gold toning on both sides; 1881-S MS62 - Reflective surfaces under the toning and complete luster; 1882-S MS62 mottled style of toning with full luster; 1882-O MS60 with reflective surfaces under the toning which becomes multi-color rainbow and almost album style on the reverse; 1881-S MS62 - much more colorful on the reverse with several shades of brown and gold; 1880-S MS62 with rainbow colors on the reverse and areas of original surface under the toning on both sides; 1885-O MS60+ golden amber toning on both sides, more so on the reverse; 1886 - MS62 complete luster on both sides with the obverse having natural color around the sides and toning inwards
